Cactus Quartz Adopt

Selling her over here!



Sooo here's another one of my Gemsonas. She is a Cactus Quartz and emerged from the same kindergarten as Jasper. Her gem, however, was left to grow too near a harder set of rocks, causing  her to grow un-evenly: as a result, her left arm always comes out too short in her physical form, and she isn't able to hold it stretched out for long, which causes her to have trouble in properly wielding her weapon, a two handed warhammer. Because of this, she was considered defective, but since during the rebellion Homeworld was in need of Quartz soldiers, she was given an artificial enhancer so she could serve as well as the other soldiers on the battlefield. She got poofed during battle and trasported back on Homeworld, hence why she was not present when all the Homeworld gems on Earth were corrupted. She never joined the rebellion, but still holds a sort of resentment against Homeworld for being initially considered defective. However, due to her stubborness, she remains loyal to her court (Pink Diamond's previously, Yellow Diamond's afterwards) so she can prove that she can function as well as any other Quartz.
Her gem is placed on her right ear, but she is not a great listener, nor does she accept counsel or advice from other gems. She is very stubborn and will not stop in her tracks until it is crystal clear that her method is not working. Even then, she will reluctantly admit she was wrong. She does, however, enjoy music a lot, but she is too clumsy to be able to dance properly. She instead loves to sing, her favourite music being Soft Metal.
