Another gem OC for my group . She belongs to italianotaku ! I only designed her and translated her bio.

Medusa Quartz

Name: Medusa Quartz. Also known as Mamadusa
Alignment: Titanium Gems
Role: Ship discipliner (Basically if shit happens she arrives and u ded)

Gem Type: Quartz
Gem Location and Cut: Left hip, geometric cut
Appearance: Medusa Quartz is a clear blue gems with darker spots over her body and dreads. She wears a bandana over her eyes as well as a white beret with a transparent veil. Her attire consists in a various shades of blue top, a black belt and a white, side cut skirt. She wears a deep blue boot cut at the end.
Height: A little shorter than Jasper
Weapon: Walking cane.
Personality: She's the typical example of a cranky, lonely and old woman who's seen a lot of stuff in her life and would like to stay clear of problems, though she hasn't quite achieved that yet. Medusa is actually a very loyal gem to her captain and crew, although she doesn't show much affection for new members whom she is very likely to scold and lightly hit on the head or hips with her cane when they do something wrong. She has a deep hate for Homeworld which created her and immediately tried to get rid of her because of a disablement she's never really wanted to get rid of, despite having the possibility of using a prothesis which she never accepted, because she respects herself and her body like it is a temple. This doesn't change the fact that because of those events her personality embittered and she is very difficult to connect with because she is very wary with new joiners and she needs quite some time to get used to their presence and give them her trust, but as soon as it happens these gems will have a great friend and counselor on their side, who is also loyal and affectionate towards her companions.
Abilities:  Her strength is inferior than one of an average Quartz, the same goes for her speed, but this has never been a problem for her because she has a very good balance despite lacking the entirety of a leg thanks to her walking cane. If you look into her eyes you can be paralyzed for as long as she wishes. Even though she can't see because of the bandana on her eyes, she has a very good spatial sense (sort of like the Rhopalium of a jellyfish) which she developed through time. The end of her cane is able to send shocks to her enemies which if prolonged will cause the dismantling of their physical form. By making the cane rotate in her hands the small appendages attached to its head can form a small electrical field which protects her from damage. 
Synchronizing Style/Fusion Dance:  Since she lacks a leg she doesn't have a personal style, when she is fusing she will simply snap her fingers and tap her cane in a musical rythm until her partner will jump into her arms.

Story: Medusa Quartz originated in the Beta Kindergarten on Earth. Because of the poor material it was situated in, she came out of her hole lacking the entirety of her right leg and was never able to regenerate with it. Because of this disability, Homeworld considered shattering her, as he ability of paralyzing gems could easily be replaced with someone else. Because of this, she ran away after the rebellion and joined Rose Quartz becoming part of the Crystal Gems and fighting to free the Earth from Homeworld. However, she never really cared about the Earth at the same depth of how she hated homeworld, and thus decided to set off with Black Pearl and her group of rebels to lead indirect attacks to Homeworl across the galaxy.
